Frequently asked questions
What is included with my Ultimate Drive Club track experience?
Every booking includes exclusive use of your chosen track car for the full day, all required consumables and spares, helmets with intercom for all drivers/passengers, a driver hospitality area with drinks/snacks, Hype support crew to fuel the car and assist throughout the day, and on‑track insurance with an excess reduction option.
How do I book a drive day?
Choose your preferred car and date, purchase your product or complete the enquiry form, and we will check track availability. Once confirmed, payment in full secures your booking.
What are the age and licence requirements?
Drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a full UK or International driving licence.
Can I bring additional drivers or passengers?
Yes! You can add additional drivers (£225 per person), and passengers are welcome if they are over 16 years old (£50 per person).
How long do I get on track?
You will have the car for the full day with no usage restrictions. For most bookings, it's recommended to split your day into multiple sessions (e.g., 15–20 minutes driving with breaks).
Is fuel included in the price?
Cars are supplied with a full tank of premium fuel – you pay for your fuel used during the day and a final top‑up before departure. All cars run on E5 premium fuel.
Is instruction provided?
Professional instruction is optional but highly recommended. Instructor support can be added at the time of booking to help you get the most out of your day.
What safety measures are in place?
All cars are prepped to high safety standards. Helmets with intercoms are supplied, and the support team assists throughout the day. Insurance with a base excess applies, and you can choose to reduce your excess for extra peace of mind.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable clothing with covered legs and flat‑soled shoes. Race suits aren’t required but are allowed if you have one. You can bring your own helmet if preferred.
Are refreshments provided?
Helmet‑to‑helmet: helmets and intercom sets are provided and cars come with onboard HD video recording. Hospitality includes drinks and snacks in the garage, but on‑track meals are up to you (most circuits have amenities on site).
What happens if it rains?
We can’t control the weather – rain can actually help develop car control skills. Cars run on quality dry/wet tyres, and instructors will ensure you still have a safe, enjoyable experience.
